From the beginning, this company was upfront and responsive. When Kevin and Steve arrived to clean my new home, they were communicative, professional, thorough and attentive. They cleaned exactly what I wanted, got to the edges of the carpet (I checked!) informative about other services they offer (but not pushy), and friendly. I was thrilled they could clean couches too- they removed the cushions and all sides were cleaned. They shared their cell phone number the morning of and said I could reach out any time. They also let me know about the quality of my carpet (that previous owners installed) and which would last longer vs needing to get replaced sooner. Very happy!Services: Standard...read full review
