Yesterday we had Darwin and his crew work on 4 very mature treesOn our property. They showed up promptly at the appointment time and worked very hard for the next 3 hours removing dead limbs and shaping the trees. They were very concerned with preserving the health of the trees while beautifying them. I would recommend them to anyone in the Central Pennsylvania area needing their services.Service: Tree trimming & pruning

I had a birch tree that I noticed was cracking at the base and leaning towards the street. A storm rolled through and it was twisting and bending strangely. I called Susquehanna Valley Tree and within 30 minutes of the call they came out to assess the tree. We decided to take the tree down. I was worried about scheduling and I couldn't believe it when he told me they would be able to come out the next morning.The team arrived and in no time had the tree down and chopped up. It was a good thing we took the tree down because a colony of carpenter ants had hollowed out the base (attached photo).
