Can't say enough good things about Good Hope. Sadly our beloved beagle's time had come. The professionalism of all the staff and empathy shown was beyond measure. We trusted them with the end of life care and cremation and they were genuinely caring and supportive throughout the whole process. Thank you doesn’t seems adequate but, thank you!

Christina saw us in the morning before our 6 pm appointment for an assessment of our boy Gunner in case we might need to take him to the ER. She set our minds at ease and we were able to care for him at home until our appointment we are grateful for her kindness and caring manner! Dr. Glass saw Gunner later and took x-rays cared for him and got us set up with medications. Thank you so much to everyone at GoodHope Animal Hospital.

Dr Mantione is a wonderful, caring and extremely skilled Doctor, a blessing to all, 4-legs or two.

The receptionist was incredibly rude and argumentative; told me it was good if cat was taken elsewhere and then hung up.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My dog Maxx was receiving care for his diabetes with Dr. Davey, who was truly an angel and the only reason we stayed with Good Hope Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, Dr. Davey left the practice—and we were never notified.
We brought Maxx in for a routine glucose curve test. He walked in at 8:30 AM completely fine. When we picked him up, he was limping so severely he could barely walk. No explanation, no accountability, just a dismissive attitude from Dr. Kelly and the management team when we expressed our concerns.
Instead of compassion or answers, we were met with defensiveness and arrogance. It’s clear that at Good Hope, no one’s time—or pet—matters more than their own egos. We’re heartbroken and beyond disappointed in how our beloved dog was treated.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Good Hope Animal Hospital and the amazing folks that work there. They all rallied yesterday to help us to say good bye to our little Wes the Westie. Dr. Glass came in on her day off, Deb comforted us and talked with us, Ashless was so sweet and kind. It was such a comfort on a very sad day. Thank you Dr. Glass for all the time and research that you took to prepare all the detailed treatment plans for Wes. You gave us more time with our little man and that is priceless. We are forever grateful to you. Thank you also for your care of Abby the schnauzer. You helped us make a very difficult decision then. You are such a caring, compassionate person in addition to being a wonderful vet. Thank you. We are very grateful for the people at Good Hope. Abby and Wes say thank you.

My husband and I picked up a border collie this past Tuesday, Pebble - she was shut down from lack of care from the person who was selling her. I made an appointment immediately for Wednesday morning to have a full work up with a start on vaccinations that were also neglected. The vet tech, Kristen, and Dr. Michler were AMAZING!!! Within the hour Pebble went from being on the ground not interacting to tail wagging, actively engaging with both while she was checked out. She was given two shots that were so well done by both that her tail didn’t stop wagging the entire time!! I went in sick with worry that she would be traumatized by the shots but I couldn’t have been more wrong. This was the perfect experience for all of us.
