Thank you Jesse Snyder for your professionalism and getting our taxes done very quickly. Moving from MD to PA and still working in MD, we were overwhelmed with doing our taxes. Your knowledge and advice were awesome! I highly recommend this firm and we plan on going to you next year.

They helped us with our tax filings and we had no problems but we had a separate issue and although Tim said he could get it resolved, he never did. For over a year every time we called or tried to correspond about the issue, we were told he was out of town/on vacation and never got return calls. We got tired of having to hound him and decided to try another firm after the year. If he couldn't handle the issue, he should've said so, but the rare occurrence we did get ahold of him (usually only through emails) he tried to make it sound like he was on top of it.
