He was able to clearly explain the issues and offer solutions that best serve the customer. Everyone in the store is so helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about this company. From chemicals, to equipment, and service Pembertons is my one stop shop with no plans of going elsewhere. Jim is so knowledgeable and helpful. I call him a scientist. He answers any questions I may have. Oh and not mention the products are on my door step by the next day. Now that’s service.
