Excellent products, service, and support for decades. Just want to send a shout out to the team at Pemberton's. Always welcoming, great communication and support. We are on the west coast but they are just a call away, and the website makes it easy to get what we need when we need it.
Also they are a source of education and training that is second to none. Highly recommend Pembertons.
Absolutely top notch customer service! Dan is an amazing mechanic and was able to diagnose and fix what others were not. He was able to clearly explain the issues and offer solutions that best serve the customer. Everyone in the store is so helpful and knowledgeable. Jim is a terrific teacher, leader in the industry, and his integrity and thoughtfulness is part of what makes Pemberton’s such a valuable business partner and resource. These are people they truly care about their customers and consistently go “above and beyond”.
Jim is the ABSOLUTE BEST IN HIS PROFESSION!!!! A wonderful human being who went out of his way to assist us with an absolutely tough project. I highly recommend him as well as his amazing shop to EVERYONE in the industry. A magician of his craft. Couldn't of asked for someone better. Truely appreciate Jim more than words can say.
