Shawna and crew did a fantastic job of drying out our basement after we had about 6 inches of water throughout. They recognized some mold on the wall and cleaned on wall and removed Sheetrock on the other wall. They also took pictures of all damaged personal property which will make it easier for me while filling out insurance claims. All in all they had what seemed to be around 10 heavy duty fans running and it really did dry it out well. I won’t hesitate to use them again, but hope I don’t have to. Great Job!

The team that showed up were friendly and motivated. They showed up after hours on a weekend for water removal about an hour and a half after we called. They worked with our homeowners insurance and it made the process extremely smooth. Would definetly recommend or use them again.Service: Water removal

ServPRO was incredibly responsive and communicated with me throughout the whole process. They checked in with me for the entire week they were working on my basement, which was very helpful. The original contact set up his crew to be at my house the next morning and answered all of my questions while he was boarding a plane with his family - very committed to customer service and satisfaction!!
