They never anwser the phone or answer and hang up. very rude and unprofessional..
Had a great pair of massages here with Trisy. She really does a tremendous job. My gripe is that I’ve tried to schedule additional massages, but they never seem to be there to answer the phone. And when I did get a man on the phone, he seemed annoyed. Too many great massage therapists in the area. It shouldn’t have to be an effort to schedule a massage!
So happy this location has a new manager who is not only professional but personable and always pleasant. I have been to the Facial Spa but none of their therapist are as good like Trisy. When I leave after my services I feel so relaxed and revived. I will always recommend this location to my friends and family. Thank you for hiring such great employees to services your clients.
