Sherri and her team at R & R are very responsive to quick questions and take ample time during appointments to get to know me and my business. They provide checklist so I can come to my yearly appointed prepared and then complete a thorough federal, state and local tax return. Horrible experience - She did our taxes two years ago and submitted incorrectly and used my husbands soc with my name and vice versa. Caused a lot of headaches and was essentially non-existent in helping resolve the issue after she was paid her high price tag. Parents also had a horrible experience. Shame since the practice was fantastic before it became hers - we all have gone elsewhere with out business.
