Great interpersonal relationship skills, attention to detail, is concerned about the safety of the work he does, goes the extra mark to ensure work is done, uncovers defaults in systems and give logical professional advice; I would recommend this technician for his great work
James was very professional in his dealings with me. He called to tell me he was on his way so we could discuss how to access the property since it can be tricky. He explained things about both boilers and the work he performed on each and the star of each . He checked all the thermostats and replaced batteries. And he always put booties on when walking thru the main living areas of the properties. I was very satisfied with Jame’s work and would be pleased if he were to come out next year for the annual maintenance. The actual performance of the boilers will only be known once the heat gets turned on. ✅
James was courteous and professional, responding to all questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and look forward to James being our heating/cooling representative from One Hour.
