    I've known Jim for well over 20 years, and when it came time to start to get back into a healthy routine in mid 2019, he was the first person I called, and am glad I did! We started out working together in a private gym in my house and after COVID-19 put us into new safe practices, Jim managed to seamlessly convert our sessions online, via Zoom meetings. It has worked out extremely well, and now I'm finding myself taking more private sessions weekly. Jim is dedicated to his clients, he's well read, and devoted to continually learning about the best practices for a healthy lifestyle. Lucky to have him in my corner...Thanks Jim!

    Jim's one of the kindest and most helpful personal trainers (and even persons) I've ever met! I realized that, apart from working out, I needed to lose weight and go on a meal plan that would keep me fit. After 3 months of Jim coaching and training me at my home gym in Lansdale, Philadelphia, I am a completely different person. I couldn’t recommend him more.

    Jim was just what I needed to get started with a workout program. He asked good questions during the initial consultation and listened carefully to my responses. I've been working with him for three years now and I can't recommend him enough. He's a good guy and a pleasure to work with.

    Jim has been a tremendous help this year. I started using him in January and have lost a total of 30lbs since then - even more impressive due to the challenges of being housebound for several months during Covid-19 lockdown. I recommend Jim to anyone who is looking for a conscientious, diligent trainer who will work WITH you to achieve your goals. I could not be happier with the results I have gotten.

    I needed a reboot. In my later 40s I still wasn't finding a way to make exercise and eating well part of my lifestyle.I had known about Jim for years since he's well-known in Philly's Gayborhood as a top personal trainer and coach. After setting up a free consultation I knew 12 week program would get me where I wanted to be.For me Jim's superpowers were helping me become more accountable to making exercise and eating well part of my everyday. It's been nearly a year and I'm still working out an average of 4 times a week and eating well without laboring over it too much.I highly recommend Jim not only for his experience, knowledge, and coaching ability, but he's also very affordable!
