First, think this is most likely my first review ever! I needed an emergency visit, also. Had minimal time as a out of country trip was being planned to leave in 2 days. I broke a tooth. I'm new to the area and didn't have a dentist or even dental insurance. Everyone in this practice from the front desk to the assistant/ tech, to Dr. Bass couldn't have been nicer. Nicer. I always felt comfortable with the doctor's knowledge and techniques. I can't believe they got me in. Worked on me between other patients and I am able to go on my trip with at least a temporary fix. ?

Just had six month check up and filling done. Beth and Sarah are wonderful technicians and Dr Bass is a pro as well as very congenial. If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend this practice.

So grateful and appreciative of Dr Bass and his entire team. I decided on a procedure and felt very excited to get started. However, before my procedure and i did more research and on the day of my procedure Dr Bass explained to me again instead of ignoring my concerns. That was very thoughtful of him to understand that my mind changed in the last minute. In fact, he went through other options for me and gave me time to decide.
