Lenny was prompt and very informative in our appointment. Was kind enough to come by on a Saturday morning to confirm his team could install a new boiler in our home. The technician Joe was amazing. Very informative, explained the entire process and kept me informed when the plan changed. He found that one of the pipes was slowly dripping and didn’t skip a beat and went to Home Depot to get the pieces needed. Joe arrived at 9am and completed the work at 10:30 pm. At 7pm, I told him that it is completely fine to come back in the am. Again, he updated on the progress a needed 3 hours to complete the work. The fellows came in to do the install around 10am and worked until the job was completed. Worked until 9:38pm. It was a complicated install as replace unit was moved to a different angle. Pleasant installers and took all material away.
We recently purchased our new home in Yardley, PA and the 30 year old heat pump failed right after we closed. I called several local services in my area, and Lenny was the only one who was helpful enough to go out to my home and inspect the unit SAME DAY! He also proposed an affordable replacement system for the compressor and blower, helped us find a financing option, and we had a new system installed within a week.Roman, the installer, was professional and punctual. We had an initial issue with our new thermostat not communicating with the new system after it was installed, and Lenny came back out to address the issue promptly.
