Our furnace fan on the AC would not shut off. I tried to figure out what was causing it. I replaced the battery and still kept running. Called for service and when he came he had me turn off fan and then he said to go to the thermostat. I did and he told me to move switch to automatic. He was very nice and did not make fun of me for my error and I thanked him and he said goodbye. I thought he might have chuckled but was a gentleman
Throughout the entire process - from choosing the right heating/cooling system, seamless installation, and follow up - the UGI team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were always available to answer our questions. We would highly recommend using UGI for heating/cooling systems.
We had an issue with our new A/C unit. I called UGI HVAC and they responded within a few hours and fixed the issue.
The technician was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was almost immediately. He made some changes to the freon pressures and now the unit is working perfectly.
