Throughout the entire process - from choosing the right heating/cooling system, seamless installation, and follow up - the UGI team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were always available to answer our questions. We would highly recommend using UGI for heating/cooling systems.
We had an issue with our new A/C unit. I called UGI HVAC and they responded within a few hours and fixed the issue.
The technician was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was almost immediately. He made some changes to the freon pressures and now the unit is working perfectly.
Called for service , AC outside unit not working schedule us for same day didn't expect that and a minute into looking at our outside unit the tech found a wire that was cut 10 minutes later AC works like a champ. Thanks so much.
