Thank you Adrian and to the whole staff there. This was an estate sale and it was hard for me. They were so kind and helpful and made this experience easy. It was my first “rodeo” and a painful one but I can’t thank them enough for their patience and perseverance. I couldn’t have done it without them. You guys rock!

Cara was great at listening to what we wanted and being encouraging. She managed to pivot quickly when a new house suddenly came on the market, and gave us really good counsel on things like putting in bids. When a co-worker offered to buy my home even before it went on the market, I hired Cara to help with the paperwork and give advice, because I felt she could help us do that in a way that would not only be legal, but also help it go smoothly so I didn't inadvertently create a rift between me and my coworker. We began searching for a home mid of last year. We ended up finding a place that was positively perfect. However, it certainly was not going to be a typical "cookie cutter" sale. Becky's (our YRG realtor) sincerity, competency, and drive to do what needed to be done made it so that we are now able to call that place home.
