Quenyon from Paul Davis did an excellent job with our water damage mitigation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the drying process and answer all questions. The work was completed efficiently, and we appreciated the daily monitoring and attention to detail. RUN! If your insurance company is partnered with them RUN! They are horrible and caused more issues then the actual claim issue. This is going to be a long review. Allstate insurance has partnered with this unprofessional and inexperienced company. A tree fell on my house during a huge rain/wind storm. My agent told me they are partnered with them. So I called them. We had nothing on our backs but our clothes. I called and they were on the scene. They failed to pack out our house correctly. They shoved all our contents from the basement in my storage room, They had a pod delivered for other items upstairs. They packed the pod with all our clothes in the back and furniture in front making it impossible to get to even our underwear. BIGGEST problem was since they failed to pack out our house correctly and have the knowledge of letting the customer know the timetable of repairs, we got mold that covered all of our stuff in the basement as it was all a total loss. I am talking our 5k couch, old yearbooks, clothes, childhood memories, things you cannot replace. Insurance did not replace anything because of Paul Davis. If a company does this all the time shouldn't they know what the right steps and practice should be? Not Paul Davis. I was there the day they winterized our house. Toilets could not be flushed. Low and behold a couple days later I come to the house only to find one of their workers went to the bathroom in the toilet that doesn't flush. Disgusting. The smell was horrific. They did a horrible job demoing the house and other workers had to go over what they did. They subcontracted a floor company to remove the bad hardwood floors and they ended up taking out way too much flooring. This caused me to fight with insurance and even send a old piece of hardwood floor to a lab to have tested to get more money. What idiots. All because they failed to do their remediation properly. They ONLY WANT TO TERRIBLY REMIDATE YOUR HOUSE TO GET THE BUILDING CONTRACT. PERIOD! RUN! Joke of a company and cannot believe Allstate would have their name attached to such a horrible "restoration service" Communication was horrible. Imagine never knowing what is done or who is at your house. Well if you want to find out, call Paul Davis. I have another 20 plus issues they did but you get the point. They well absolutely guide you wrong. 0/100

The onsite project managers and workers were all great and did excellent work. There were multiple issues with office staff. First, workers asked for confirmation from the office staff regarding how much drywall to remove. This person confused inches and feet, resulting in 4 feet of drywall to be removed. I appreciated our project manager catching the issue and installing new drywall at no charge. I also received multiple calls asking for payment when I had already paid bills (I had received email confirmation of payment prior to these calls) and then was asked to pay bills without receiving a final invoice/payment links. While all was eventually resolved, these were all issues that could have easily been avoided with better communication between staff members.

I had a fire on my house With 1 year and 3 months my house is still not finish this company has change me project managers various times and making up excuses that every time we called we have to beg them when is my house getting finish but still my house is not done the worse experience I had with this company

Had a drain pipe in our mechanical room that froze during the recent extreme cold and water overflowed down through our garage ceiling. Paul Davis was here within several hours of our call. Isabella was right on time, and evaluated the entire home to determine if any interior walls may have gotten wet. Fortunately they did not and damage was confined to garage. She set up mitigation equipment, and moved things out of the way in the garage. Came up with a plan to dry things out without leaving any pipes exposed during the extreme cold. Called me every morning to set up time to come to measure the drying out process and was right on time each day. Isabella kept me well informed and answered all questions. Also cleaned up everything once garage was dried out. Kudos to Isabella. Paul Davis will be here in 2 days to provide estimate for any reconstruction work that needs to be done in the garage and they are working directly with my insurance company to make the whole process easier. Highly recommend this company.
