I got a consult with Imrana Wali for Brazilian hair removal and she was absolutely wonderful. She answered all of myquestions/concerned and reassured me the entire zoom call. Her professionalism and customer service is outstanding! Ive been waxing for years and I struggle with ingrown hairs, she educated me on the procedure and im excited to begin this new journey with laser hair removal! If I could rate more stars I would! :) <3Update: I went for my first session and it was great. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and professional. Andrea was great, she made me feel so comfortable during the session and she was very professional.
Alyssa has been my practitioner for two of my three sessions and she is amazing. She’s quick, precise and professional! I appreciate her talking me through every session and the results are amazing. For context, I have very thick Hispanic dark hair and in 2 sessions it’s basically all gone.
