This rating is much belated, but not any less glowing. The services & help that we received from the Home One Improvement team went above and beyond our expectations.
My husband and I have had two, bare bones, open storage rooms, downstairs in our bi-level home. Our washer/dryer was in a most awkward hallway position due to the previous owners--and we weren't quite sure how to make that space work more efficiently (and aesthetically) for us.

I have used Home One many times for a variety of services from counter installations to flooring repairs to wall damage repairs and touch ups. They also installed a driving range bay, Tom's team is always timely and professional. Just an update...had to call Tom's company due to a faulty smoke detector system that kept chirping even after replacing the batteries in all 9 units throughout my home. Home One had an electrician there in an hour with sufficient units to replace the three defective ones. Also requesting additional work be done in near future. Can't recommend Home One enough!
Super friendly and very professional business. I was was given advice during consultation but not pressured into anything. I shared what I needed and they listened. After receiving quotes and scheduling the work, the job was done well. Multiple times they made sure to get the right information and measurements. It took some time to get things scheduled, but I know that's because they were trying to do things right.
