Absolutely love this place!! This was my first time taking both of my Labrador retrievers here and they look fantastic. Both of the ladies on staff (I didn’t catch their names) were so kind and welcoming to my pups, also pleasant to talk to. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Highly recommend and will be back again.
Kathy was so kind and caring towards my sweet cat. He had gotten into a mess and she took the time to find the right shampoo and gave him a nice bath. He looks amazing and feels so soft and back to his normal self. It’s hard to find a good cat groomer, so I’m very thankful to Kathy and Country Pets for accommodating me on short notice and taking such good care of my sweet guy.
Kathy at Country Pets Grooming & Salon takes care of my cat twice a year. He is a British shorthair/Persian mix I adopted from the ASPCA in NYC. He hates to be brushed so when his develops huge knots every 7-8 months, I bring him to Kathy. She says he is the purrfect client, which says a lot about my grouchy man cat. They operate old school style without a computer data base, but Kathy’s notecard system work just fine for her and her staff. This can cause a bit of confusion when I call to set an appointment but Kathy is always very courteous.
