Body and sole offers the most relaxing experience you could ever want. My stress diminishes from the time I walk in the door. The massage therapists are wonderful at their jobs and are a pleasure to be with. If reflexology or a facial are what you're going for, you can't go wrong. They are wonderful and skilled as well.

I have been to Body & Sole probably a dozen times over the last few years and have always had a wonderful experience. Holly (the owner) is, hands down, the best reflexologist that I've come across. The treatments are so relaxing that I've fallen asleep a few times. Do yourself a favor and book a treatment. Your body will thank you!

I came here with my mother. Leena was very friendly and accommodating when I called Thursday to schedule appointments for the following day. They had openings for just what we needed! I had reflexology done by Holly, which was amazing! Then my mother and I shared a couples massage, Cathy and Claudia had us feeling completely relaxed and worked out so many painful kinks. We are already looking forward to scheduling our return visit! We will definitely call and schedule at least two months ahead of time. Thank you Body & Sole for your Beautiful and Peaceful atmosphere, as well as your extraordinarily talented team of healers!
