Big Wash

I don’t often come to the laundry mat, but I needed to wash something bigger than my washer can handle, and let me tell you if I need to I’ll be back. This is close to my house okay price, and clean. The lady working was really nice and helpful. Didn’t seem annoyed when I asked her questions because again I don’t go to the laundry mat often. She actually did her job, I went to another location where it wasn’t well kept, and seemed like the staff didn’t do anything. Keep it up y’all!

Today I had an issue with one of the washers freezing & getting stuck at the beginning of the drain cycle, there isn’t an option to select just drain, so the employee I spoke with reset the machine, apologized, & ran my wash thru again. The second time we ran it, the machine froze again, at this point it had been about an hour of just trying to wash one load, my other clothes were basically dry & I had to pick up my kid so I was sort of panicking. The only lady working that day behind the counter offered to move my clothes to a different washer & wash & dry them for me so I could leave, go do what I needed to do and come back to pick them up. Usually don't need a laundromat but when I do I come here. Not only is it clean and well maintained but the staff are wonderful! Very helpful and kind!! Bathroom is always clean too!! Kudos to them!!! ????
