It's not in Pittsburgh it's outside in the suburbs and they don't build here in Pittsburgh so it was disappointing.

The overall experience is a quality build home.Getting information from the company is very hard.RepeatedlyBeen told no one is available to work on your homeDuring the building processAnd after the home was turned over to us.Although the home itself seems to be quality built the professionalism is very very low.People just want answersNot excuses.

customer care is the main problem I see. I have no issue with the build just the sales staff I have never been lied to when spending so much money so much in my life. we noticed a few problems with the house contacted them a little over 4 months ago and still have yet to get a response for repairs. If you buy a home from them I hope you're handy

These people claim they are hiring and in need of help I’ve applied a few times but I’ve never heard anything back and they never answer the phone. The last time I applied was a couple weeks ago and the old guy sitting behind the desk took my application looked at it and threw it in the garbage. So I would not recommend this place if I could give zero stars I would.

We purchased a home from Lake City and are very pleased. Their employees are truly craftsmen and all the details are well thought out. Rob did a wonderful job walking us through the entire process and is still helpful any time we need help. Our home is beautiful and built well. I HIGHLY suggest you check them out whether you are looking at stick built or manufactured houses because Lake City has all the quality of traditional houses with the speed and convenience of manufactured housing. They truly do care about their customer and take pride in their homes.

Honesty is tough to find these days. Earning trust, gaining credibility...Dan is so much more than any common realtor. He actually takes the time to review all options, listens to your needs and provides true “consult”. With an engineering background, he can see the analysis and numbers, but the advising is where he truly shines. Straight forward, genuine advise on what’s best... The informed consumer makes the best choice and he can certainly provide what you need. Dan’s someone you can count on. Would highly recommend working with him on any project.

Be very careful selecting this company! Our house is only 11 years old and our roof is rotten and leaking already! We had a professional roofer evaluate our roof and stated that is was done poorly and incorrectly causing the roof to leak and rot. When we sent proof to lakecity they told us, "We did everything correctly." Well tell me why our roof is rotten after 11 years!!!. The roofer stated this was probably leaking from day 1. Well when they tell you you have a 1 year guarantee good luck getting them to come back and fix. Nobody returned our calls for months and never came back in a year like they told us! They say they strive for quality...ya right

Went for an open house and they are wonderful.
