Excellent customer service, welcoming team members throughout the building and very swift follow up. Portal updated so quickly! The wait times were very very low in waiting room. I switched PCP to them and it was a quick process an excellent care! Same with cardiology! So happy with them all!
Every doctor/provider I have had at this location in various departments has been excellent, and everyone you interact with along the way is helpful. However, primary care doctors don't seem to stay longer than two years, so I need to change doctors to have one in close proximity to home every two years.
I went to radiology & imaging for an echocardiogram. The lady at the reception desk was very nice. I forgot her name but she is a blonde haired woman. She helped me fasten my hospital bracelet. The woman who did my echocardiogram, Hannah, was incredible!! She was so friendly and pleasant!!
