Staff is caring and on top of things. One time I left a message about a contact issue and they called me on a Sunday to make an appointment for me. They actually asked someone if they would be willing to move their appointment. So nice of them. My eye was red and sore. Dr. Elwood listens to your issues or concerns. He is also patient. Best eye doctor that I have been too.

I wholeheartedly recommend King of Prussia Family Eye Care! I appreciate the professional service always given to me by the knowledgeable and skilled Dr. Ellwood. He is excellent in knowing the latest in eye care and answers your questions in a respectful manner. His personality is friendly and cordial, and he exhibits patience and kindness. I know a person who goes to his office who told me that she has "white coat syndrome" with others doctors, but not with Dr. Elwood, who is so calm and understanding. His staff is also very kind and professional. I always look forward to my appointments at King of Prussia Family Eye Care!
