I called him on a Saturday morning, left a detailed message, had a call back within 20 minutes, and an appt scheduled for that Tuesday morning.
My 4yr old has been complaining of abdominal pain almost daily for over a year.
After numerous misdiagnoses, multiple ER visits, consults with every possible specialist, abdominal x-rays, and multiple labs, nobody could give us an answer.
We were told "chronic constipation"
Within a few sessions with "Dr. Mark" (as my 4yr old says), my daughter's behavior has improved on the days that she has a session and she was able to begin having daily bowel movements w/o needing harsh stimulants to flush her out.
I appreciate his honesty. He is knowledgeable and very thorough with his explanation of everything.
Edited to add: For the past few days, we seem to be having success with 1mL of Magnesium Citrate liquid drops.

In December of 2024 I was diagnosed with bulging discs on every vertebrae on the right side of my neck. I ended up in the ER for blurred vision, dizzy spells, passing out and complete blindness at times. After being released from 1 hospital 3 days later ended up in another. Both hospitals sent me home with pills. I found Dr. Mark on a google search and made an appointment instantly. Thanks to him I’m back to living a normal life with very minimal pain and can work and still have time to play with my kid when I get home from work. Thank you so much Dr. Mark Saracino!!! As a long suffering victim of back pain with numerous chronic and persistent severe injuries, I did not think relief and chiropractic help was possible. Dr. Saracino has been amazing and outstanding, going above and beyond with his treatments to help me. Through his expert treatments, I have been able to achieve pain relief I never once thought possible. His techniques have helped me regain my strength and balance along with relieving my near constant headaches. I cannot recommend Dr. Saracino enough to anyone looking for chiropractic help.

I had ear crystals (BPPV) that caused vertigo and led to persistent dizziness symptoms, I tried balance/dizziness PT for 3 months. My dizzy sensation continue to worsen and become more persistent—Seemed to progress into vestibular migraine. Through a friend, I discovered Dr Saracino. After 2 weeks of neuro- chiropractic treatment, I was 50% better! After a month, I am 80% better. Dr Saracino is skilled, caring, a great listener, and an educator of the body and mind. After an exhausting search for help with my vestibular migraines over 3 years, I was told about Dr. Saracino from a family member who found him online. I reached out to Dr. Saracino on a Friday and he responded immediately, followed by setting up an appointment with him the following Monday. I received treatment for 3 months and began feeling noticeable relief and changes with my day to day symptoms. Dr. Saracino was the most knowledgeable, proactive and intelligent specialist I have seen in three years of trying to treat my condition. After discovering a new diagnosis, he adjusted his treatment as such and it aligned with findings from another specialist who has helped with my condition. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Saracino, his treatment, communication, knowledge and understanding. Unfortunately, I had to stop my treatment as I moved out of state, but I plan to continue treatment with Dr. Saracino once I return back to the Philadelphia area! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Go see Dr. Saracino, he is a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
