This place is amazing. My 4 year old son loves Mr Mark. Mr Mark is Black belt 9th degree, and he teaches himself!! Plus, the class size is relatively small so kids get enough attention and guidance. We are lucky to find this place. Definitely a good choice for martial arts!

Mark, Gail, and the team, have an amazing studio. Old school values and training principles. I've trained there, so have my boys, they've learned so much, more than the physical training is the respect, listening, just learning how to carry themselves in a good way. Glad to recommend them, have had neighbors and friends go there as well and they've had the same experience.

Our son has been at this karate studio since he was about 9 years old (he's now 19), and we are so thankful for Mr. Mark, Ms. Gail, and the other great instructors he has had over the years. This is an excellent studio, teaching the art and skill of Kenpo, but also instilling a sense of confidence, camaraderie and respect in all of the students. It is a great studio for kids and adults alike, and you can be sure that if you get a belt from this studio, you will have earned it and be well qualified to receive it.
