I have had severe neck, back and shoulder issues that lead to migraines for years. I saw Trace last night and just getting off the table I had more movement in my neck than Ive had in years!! Highly recommend the talented therapists here!

Lynn has been amazing during my pregnancy and I cannot express how happy I have been with her massages. To any expecting mama’s out there, I highly recommend seeing her throughout your pregnancy too! I can’t wait to continue on with her once my little one is born.
