I switched to this practice and started seeing Dr. Arbuckle a few years ago. He's been amazing and he's very knowledgeable. I just recently met Dr. Becker and he's just as wonderful. Both very different personalities, but they've been really great to work with. I should've switched sooner so I could have heard less of my husband complaining about my previous doctor. I never had an issue with the office staff. They probably reciprocate what they receive, but they've always been nice to me. I don't know about 13 years ago, but they accept credit card payments.

My parents have went to this practice since before I was born and I remember going into the office and looking at Dr. Beckers motorcycle puzzles all the time. I recently (over the past two years) have had extremely major issues with one of the front nurses. Writing this review from my boyfriend’s email because I don’t want my name to be identifiable. But this one nurse is so ignorant she called me stupid during a serious medical emergency and refused me an appointment. I have major anxiety issues and I get nervous to even call and make an appointment because I’m worried she’ll pick the phone up. Every-time I’m in the office I feel like I’m going to go into complete panic if she’s near me or takes part in my care. To be completely honest I really don’t want her involved in any of my care. I really like Dr. Becker as a doctor and haven’t seen him since my most recent and serious health issue (keep in mind it’s because the nurse denied me an appointment) and I’m going to be really upset if I have to but if I address this with Becker and things don’t change I am going to leave the practice and my family said they will to. The most recent issue drew the line but it’s always been issues with this nurse. There’s no empathy and no professionalism. If she doesn’t like her job that’s fine there’s plenty of nursing jobs elsewhere where she can be moody and ignorant for the same price. If you don’t mind an ignorant nurse who refuses appointments then this place is awesome really Dr. Becker is amazing 100/10 doctor but the staff specifically the nurses good luck. I studied nursing in college before deciding it wasn’t for me and changing my major and I don’t know where she studied because we were taught that empathy is everything.

The "office manager" Terry is completely rude and ignorant. Because of her I will never go back to that practice which I have been going to for over 40 years and I willl never recommend it to anyone. If you are a current patient I suggest you find a practice were ALL the staff respects the patients.

Doctor Arbuckle and Becker have been my doctors since before I was born. They did checkups on my mom when she was pregnant with me, gave me all my shots, saw every cold or flu I ever got, and generally are great people. The nurses are warm and helpful, offering a what homey feeling they can to their office. Great place, wonderful people, excellent care.

This is a wonderful family practice. Everyone is very nice and professional. In a day and age of insurance hassles and cold impersonal care, it's very refreshing to be at a practice where the people working there seem to still really care about making and keeping you healthy! Dr. Arbuckle is an excellent doctor. He is very good at diagnosing your problems and setting you on a course to get better! Again, he seems to really care about getting you well and works with his staff to get things moving asap. This is how doctors and their practice's use to be when I was younger. It's nice to be somewhere that hasn't given into the coldness of so called modern medicine and insurance companies who treat you like a number. This is a place that cares about people!
