The girl at the desk was very friendly and kind. The person that took my test was joking with me and made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out very quickly, took maybe 10mins total!

The only person worth mentioning was the front desk girl who took my id and insurance. She was very kind. After that point I was treated like I was a bother to the girl who came to get me and the lpn that did my test. Its bad enough not feeling good but then to get treated like that on top of it made the experience even worse.

Line is outrageous it wraps around the block. Children and elderly who are sick are forced to stand outside to wait for a test. My 3 children were turned away yesterday for tests at 3:40pm when they close at 5pm due to the line. People are not social distancing in line and no one is outside to enforce the guidelines. There is now a shortage of testing kits in the area and schools don’t want rapid testing to allow kids back into school so we’re forced to stand here. Being that all these people are sick, you’d think they would register patients by phone and let people sit in a warm vehicle to wait. Unacceptable waiting system. No concern for anyones health.
