Kasey actually turned out to be even better than that. He also seems to make himself available quickly for emergency service whenever he can. In my case, we were without hot water, and I have two teenage daughters. Not a great situation. He came over immediately and tried to fix the problem, and when it couldn't be repaired, did a replacement for me the next day. For a VERY reasonable price, even if this wasn't a rush service, which is certainly was.
