Love this place! I found Sculpt a couple years ago & never looked back. They have great classes, very knowledgeable instructors, a flexible schedule & a beautiful studio. The owner, Beth, is wonderful, helpful & really goes above & beyond for her clients. If you’re in the Harrisburg area & looking for fun, comprehensive classes, this is the place for you!

As a physical therapist, I’m always on the lookout for effective methods that complement rehabilitation and improve overall movement patterns—and Sculpt Pilates and Barre is exactly that! I’ve been recommending this studio to many of my patients, and I’ve personally experienced the benefits of Pilates for both injury prevention and recovery.

I started looking for a Pilates studio earlier this summer in the hopes that I could use this kind of workout to help with my weak core & ongoing back issues. I was a little nervous about being a "newbie" on what were initially intimidating-looking machines so I started with their intro offer for private classes. Cari took me through all the moves & equipment in the studio, carefully taking into account my concerns about my back. After those 3 classes I felt confident enough (and felt like this was a good addition to my routine) to get a membership.
