Inspired Physical Therapy LLC - Linglestown

I did not have much faith in physical therapy. Elijah Steffen has changed my way of thinking. He is very good at what he does. He has made me feel that he takes my situation personally. He has a wonderful, caring personality. But most importantly, the physical therapy he has set in place for me is actually working. I would recommend him to any and everyone.

I don’t know how they managed to get so many nice, knowledgeable, caring people in one place! The receptionist (Alexis) greets everyone by name with a genuine smile on her face! Steve and Lauren are the PT’s I’m working with at the moment and they are wonderful!

So thankful I was referred to this PT. From the jump, I was treated really well. Literally the only thing I could tell them (my own lack of knowledge) was that “I would get shoulder pain and lose mobility on my left shoulder whenever I am on vacation”, and instead of looking at me like I was a crazy person, they helped me figure it out.

My months being an Inspired patient really put me on the road to being pain free and I couldn’t be more grateful. My PT, Sara really understood the issue and came up with programming that not only made me stronger, but showed me the movements I needed to know to relieve my pain.
