CARED about….this is my feeling after speaking to Alex this morning. At 67 years old getting diagnosed just a day ago w/anxiety/panic disorder. I found myself in the middle of such an attack when thinking about my massage appt later today.
I’m a veteran client of this wonderful service but felt debilitated at the thought of being in a closed dimly lit small room ! Policy states 24 hour notice for cancellations. I’m thinking they must have capabilities to waive such when a circumstance as I presented arises.

Great experience all the way around, especially the massage itself. Ali is a terrific LMT. This would be 5-star review if not for the relatively high cost for a 50 minute deep-tissue massage.
The place itself was lovely. I thought I would’ve had decent treatment and enjoyed the products. Unfortunately ever since I have tried to unsubscribe from this Company email - They have refused to adhere to my request. I’ve put them in my spam folder. I’ve even blocked them and for some reason it continues to come through. I’m infuriated you need to stop.
