It takes a long time to get an exam. They line people up and herd them from room to room. I can't see. My glasses aren't right. My eyes are dry and they won't treat me. Sad. This used to be a good practice.i can't see. Looking for a new eye doctor.

WOW! THEY cancelled my appointment and I called to reschedule. Waited a VERY long time on hold. They rescheduled me a MONTH after my original appointment that they cancelled. Actually, more than a month. disappointed.

Been going here for over 20 yrs still very professional and always willing to answer any questions about your eye health! Dr. O'Donnell explains things and is very thorough in his examinations as is the staff of PECG.
