One of the best practices we have been to. We took our Corgi named Axel to this vet and had a wonderful experience. The waiting room was very clean and quiet. Everyone was kind and very informative. We genuinely did not feel pressured to buy/do, any of the options they gave us, and talked us through the many benefits they provide. Would recommend this practice to anyone looking to have a happy healthy animal.

I lost my baby girl cinnamon almost 2 weeks ago now. We knew it was time and we took her to be seen. The entire staff treated me and my baby girl with so much love. They are family to me and always will be. They could see how much I loved my girl and made sure she was with me every step until she went to heaven. I can’t thank them enough for how they took good care of my baby girl. She went so peacefully . The card was beautiful to thank you all so much for what you do. 🙏❤️

First visit with our dog Ted today at Derry Animal Hospital, after moving here from NC. Their practice is different from other vets, texting them from the parking lot when you arrive and not going into the exam room with your pet. After his exam Ted was returned to us and Dr Crescenzi came out to speak with us. She had given him a thorough examination and also several chiropractic adjustments. We appreciated the time she spent with us and the information she provided to keep Teddy healthy. Dr Crescenzi was a delight and the staff friendly and professional.

I love my vet and all the staff! This place is so great! They are sensitive and sweet to my dogs and very easy to work with. I am so grateful for Dr. Crescenzi and all the wonderful people on staff. Vet denied a refill on a medically necessary medication for my cat. Terrible communication between vet and assistants and us as pet owners. Also one of the techs sent my cat home with an infection and when asked wouldn’t do anything. Took her to SHORES right after to get an antibiotic. I don’t think I could say enough bad things about this place and their business practices

Had a great 1st checkup with my cat Loki. Dr. Crescenzi took her time to sit with me and discuss my cats health, what lab work was run, the vaccines he was updated on, trimmed his nails during the visit and removed some plaque build up on one of his teeth. Her staff was also very kind and knowledgeable. I can't see taking him anywhere else. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares for animals.
