I am not a member but I did visit using a day pass. I am very impressed by the facilities.
Plenty of space, lots of weights and very clean

I've considered joining Crunch Fitness for convenience alone, but the reviewers have expressed the same concerns and complaints month after month after month - cleanliness, broken machines, staff, and difficulty changing or canceling a membership. Management always replies "we're sorry..." but it doesn't seem to change anything. Why should I leave PF for a gym that is mediocre at best?
