I have four dogs that I take to this office my husband has been going to this office since the 80s with his dogs today was the worst experience I've had at this office and it has nothing to do with COVID-19. I had my puppy there three weeks ago and because she was so small the doctor was not comfortable giving her all her shots so they broke them out into three separate appointments I asked well we get charged the full office visit coming back for the shots? I was told by a very rude person on the phone that day no you will not pay $61 your next visit will be $25. Today at her next appointment we paid $56 they discounted it five bucks when I dressed what I was told the very rude short little old lady got smart with me and told me I was wrong even though I was told something by one of their employees. So very rudely she sent out Vicky who I believe is the office manager and my daughter used to work for! She was also very rude and very nasty I thought to myself I'm pretty sure that I am a paying customer! I just spent over $800 at this office in the past 3 weeks to be treated so rudely. We will never return with our FOUR DOGS! Dr.Keim no disrespect to you but you need to check that rude bunch of women running your office.

Loving and dedicated animal hospital. Our sweet cat needed urgent attention, but we hadn't hunter established a vet. They squeezed us in, and didn't mind me calling to check on her. Loving nurses and staff as well! Love that they have a "cat side" and a "dog side"!! Super kid friendly as well.

I used this clinic with my previous cat; it is convenient and I liked the vets and vet techs. He died a few months ago and they sent a sympathy card--very nice of them. Last week I found a male kitten and decided to take him in. I just called them to find out how much it would cost to have him neutered when the time comes. They gave me an "estimate" of $320!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked twice, "This is the cost for a MALE cat? Right?" I mean, it's not major surgery to neuter a male cat! I think I'll be calling around to other vets. I know Harrisburg vets are expensive, but give me a break. I just can't afford to pay $320 to have a male cat neutered. If I have to find a vet in Lancaster County, I'll drive there!
