Horgan Brothers re-paved my driveway, which was having significant draining issues (sloping towards my house and water getting into the basement). From start to finish, this company did everything right: Super friendly and responsive estimator/ owner who explained everything in detail, answered my questions, and then submitted a detailed proposal. The Company then excavated all existing blacktop, installed 2 inches of base blacktop, then another topcoat. The team did a very good in communicating and preparing the driveway and took great care to follow the points made in the proposal. HB Horgan Brothers, Inc. repaved our temporary builder grade driveway. I will say HB Horgan Brothers did an absolutely beautiful job. We are rather high maintenance and expect things to be done correctly the first time. These guys nailed it. The run off from the driveway heads away from the house and straight to the sides of the driveway.
