This was my first chiropractic appointment, and it was such a great experience. They took my insurance, which was a big relief. When the appointment started, they let my boyfriend and I go in together, which helped with nerves and made it a lot less awkward. Dr. Ford was gentle and also super communicative, and my comfort was clearly his priority. After we left, I could feel how much more range of motion I had in my neck. He also gave us both some tips and stretches we could do after leaving. I would absolutely go back, and hope I'm able to soon.
