I appreciate all of the kind and professional people who answer the phones and make the appointments. They are always upbeat and helpful. When I called to make my appointment I requested Louie and was not told I would not be able to have Louie do the service. I am so lucky to have Kevin help with this service. Kevin is the upmost professional and always cares and does whatever it takes to address our issues. For years, we have had a problem where mice get into our pool heater and chew the wires. This can cost hundreds of dollars to fix every year I open the pool. We have not had this issue since we started getting this service from Kevin. Kevin stays on top of this and thanks to him, we have not had an issue since he has been on the job.
