The owner Landis is the most professional and communicative home services vendor I've worked with. Seriously. Felt like I could trust him from the start. He took the time to explain/answer questions and show diagnostics. After battling with another company's lies and mistrust for a long time, Hertler saved me.
Landis trouble shot out existing AC unit for a leak and ultimately replaced it with a new AC unit. He was a good communicator and did his best to inform us of the pros and cons of various options for us to arrive at the best solution for us. He was hard working and hands-on from start to finish, troubleshooting on day one and replacing the entire system on day two. The new system works great. We highly recommend Landis.
