Amazing, professional, responsive, and respectful organization. The service was great, from scheduling, response time, reminder text, personal call from the technician with eta, as well as a text from Sila with photo and bio of his credentials. But I can’t say enough about David, the drain/sewer specialist. What a kind, humble, knowledgeable, and engaging man. He not only explained everything expertly, he was a great conversationalist while he worked. Would recommend highly.

The technician then called you with his approximate arrival time. Sean the technician promptly fixed our air conditioner within two hours. Shawn not only took the time to fix The wiring and replace the part he also took the time to explain the problem to me and my 2 sons.

The Sila worker was professional, was very knowledgeable and he was able to address all my concerns and even installed a new thermostat. Which will assist me with the settings, my unit was outdated....very grateful to have had him for the services... nice and pleasant disposition and well groomed... GREAT JOB ! no
