We had a fantastic experience working with Rob for our invisible fencing installation and training. From the very first interaction, Rob was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and honestly, making sure we felt confident and informed throughout the entire process.
Rob’s calm and patient demeanor made a big difference, especially during the training portion with our dog. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the safety of pets and the peace of mind of their owners. We never felt rushed or pressured—just supported every step of the way.
I love the service at Invisible Fence! You can tell this is a family run business they take pride in. The communication is great, they are always willing to help trouble shoot over the phone etc. They have never steered me wrong and that's why we have been customers for over 10 years through 3 difgerent dogs.
