Rob’s calm and patient demeanor made a big difference, especially during the training portion with our dog. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the safety of pets and the peace of mind of their owners. We never felt rushed or pressured—just supported every step of the way.

The communication is great, they are always willing to help trouble shoot over the phone etc. They have never steered me wrong and that's why we have been customers for over 10 years through 3 difgerent dogs.

We are THRILLED with our new invisible fence! Everyone at Invisible Fence of Erie was absolutely wonderful - knowledgeable, efficient, customer- friendly, and understanding. My contact with the office staff has been very pleasant. The salesperson, Kevin, was very thorough, kind, and responsive. He made us feel very comfortable. The trainers, Rob, Mike, and their helpers, were so good with the dogs. They took their time, explained everything, and patiently answered all our questions. Cannot believe how quickly and easily our two very active, impulsive, and reactive three year old labs understood and respected the boundaries. Even with temptations, they have not even come close to challenging the line. Because of the invisible fence, the pups are so happy to have the opportunity to run and play freely and safely. We would HIGHLY recommend Invisible Fence of Erie.

Rob with Invisible Fence of Erie was wonderful. I was very nervous because my dog is a small breed & still a puppy, but Rob was extremely kind and efficient. The system has worked perfectly for our new pup & continues to work well for our older two dogs. Rob is the best!!!
