My house is always clean, trash taken out, floors shiney, bathrooms sparkle. I have found when there is a schedule issue or when there is illness Cathy is always willing to reschedule to fit MY schedule. Very pleasant people to work with.
Minch is a great company. They are professional, accomodating and they always provide great customer service. Our house is left clean and if I ever have any issues the owner is very responsive and addresses any concerns promptly.
I'm surprised to see some of these negative reviews. I've been a customer since 2006. If I wasn't satisfied, I would not be using this service for 17 years. I appreciate the great service and flexibility when my schedule needs adjusting. I highly recommend.
