Took my work pants that I spent 210.00 on and got them back with the seams crooked and the hem falling out. They also double creased my pants. I gave an opportunity to fix them only to come back with my pants in worse shape then I left them with and triple creased. I'll find out in a few minutes if they are completely ruined. If they are I am out 210.00 for brand new pants. I'm very upset. The owner told me they were fine to wear. I will never use this place again.

They are only getting 1 star so I can leave a review please do not go here I took my children’s christening gown to be dry clean and boxed I checked it and they destroyed they put blue ink all over never got the milk stain out at the top the pearls and diamonds was off I literary felt like crying please do not go here and the lady is rude not one bit customer friendly accused my 13 year old sister of someone else that had a bad experience here also

I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They did a horrible job hemming my daughter’s communion dress. I’m in shock that they would even give this to a customer like this. It’s truly unbelievable. I have less than a week until the event and now I have a bigger problem than when I started.

I've been coming to this particular dry cleaners for as long as I can remember. I've had everything from ballgown alterations to getting my husband's dress blues altered and cleaned. They even made my old rocking chair cushions look like new after continuous abuse from my toddler. The owners treat me with respect and love my children. They are very hardworking and should be treated with the utmost respect.

I have been coming here my whole life. My alterations lady for all my weddings were not available and I dropped off a bridesmaid dress to be altered here. While was standing in the dress and the guy was taking my measurements I asked him how much it was and he told me $35. I asked him how much it was when I picked up and he told me $104.00. He should have told me they were charging me FOUR times the amount. The alterations were more than the dress itself. I am NOT a Karen but I don't want someone else to go through the same thing I did. This is 100% not ok to do to a customer.
