The best part of my experience was the front desk staff and nurses who were very kind. Unfortunately though, the doctor who treated me was very fast. He seemed sure so I trusted his diagnosis although I was still a little leary. I tried to call and speak to the doctor after several hours, as I had several family members who raised concerns that I might actually be dealing with shingles. I wanted to see if that was part of his differential diagnosis, but I couldn't get to speak with him. I wanted to know how scared I should be that this really could be shingles, because if you don't start treating it in time, you could have lifelong repercussions like nerve pain.... read full review

Dr was upfront about testing cost due to onset of symptoms. Gave me the prescriptions needed to feel better

The UC Physician took the time to understand the details of my issue. She took proactive steps to minimize potential damage moving forward, and followed up with a status call the next day.
