I live in Lancaster County. Sometimes I make the drive to Bedford just for a haircut at Hortons….because I know what I’m getting. I know the outcome. I won’t be disappointed. Neil has consistently gave me a great cut every time I’ve come in. I’ve been coming here for over a decade and always enjoyed my experience.

Great guy. Easy to have and hold conversation. Super honest. Does great cuts, beard trims, fades, lines, everything! He’s probably the best in town and one of the best I’ve been to since moving back from California, Hawaii, and New York! Will be back!

Been going there for over 30 years for haircuts. Garry is a one of a kind guy and will always have a good story to tell. Neil is usually the one who does all the haircuts now. He's a class act dude, always gives positive attitude, and great haircuts. I will continue to support this small town business.
