Mark is an exceptionally talented young man. I reached out to him seeking help with an issue on my website, and the only solution I found during my search was a video on his YouTube channel, so I sent him an email with little hopes of him replying, but to my surprise he replied promptly.Mark took some time from what I assume a busy daily schedule and met with me online, during which he was able to resolve my issue within 10 minutes, maybe less.
