Caliber was transparent about what our experience with floor refinishing would look like from the start. We knew that there would be some dust, however Caliber tried to keep the dust to a minimum. Our 70 year old floor was worn down to raw wood in spots. They replaced several pieces of flooring. Treated our home with respect like it was their own. We are extremely grateful for their service and craftsmanship.

I recently had my floors resurfaced and stained by Caliber Hardwood Floors. I cannot comment on their ability to install floors, as the flooring was already in place, but I am extremely satisfied with their sanding and staining of my beautiful hardwood floors.A few things stand out:The on-site crew was very professional, competent, and efficient. They communicated clearly and coordinated the times when I would lose access to parts of my house. It was a great group of folks.The crew took the time to sand a portion of my floor, apply various stains/colors (of my choosing), and gave me the opportunity to make an informed color choice. We had original hardwood floors from a home that was built in 1954. When we pulled the carpets out about 15 years ago—we were pleasantly surprised by how good they looked. At that time, we had a big Lab who did some damage to the floors so we waited until he passed. The Lab left drool marks and other marks—of course to be expected with a ~100 pound dog. Well, the time has come—for the floors to be redone. One word—WOW! The guys were great to work with. I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of dirt.
