Our log home had not been treated on the outside in more than 30 years. We live in the northern panhandle of WV. After contacting several companies regarding restoration services and receiving no reply, I contacted Artisian Log USA. I received a message within a day and received a call from Rogelio. He explained the process of restoring our log home and also answered my questions. I sent pictures of our home and received a tentative breakdown of costs. My wife and I are remodeling her grandfathers log cabin as our future home. Built over 20 years ago. Hardly ever treated. Infested with pests and insects. We didn’t really know what to do since log houses are new to both of us. We called Artisan Log USA. We told them exactly what we wanted and they completely exceeded our expectations. Not only did they exceed our expectations, but finished the house in an amount of time we never thought was possible with 3 guys.
